North American Airlines Ski Federation – Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To help us manage events efficiently while offering flexibility, the North American Airlines Ski Federation (NAASF) has established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation and Refund Policy- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the NAASF Secretary (via email or online registration portal) no later than 5 days prior to the start of the event to qualify for a full refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event are nonrefundable, except in cases of verified medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the NAASF board.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for any refund.
- NAASF is not responsible for hotel cancellation penalties. Please be familiar with the hotel cancellation policy before you book a room.
